If all (or many) of the other alleged rape victims are allowed to testify in this case against Cosby, he might lose. It will be another Ghomeshi trial, where the testimony of the many outweighs the testimony of Cosby himself.

LOS ANGELES—Bill Cosby’s lawyer says the comedian was not at the Playboy Mansion on the night a model accuses him of drugging and sexually abusing her.
Cosby was in New York on the night that model Chloe Goins claims the comedian drugged and accosted her in a bedroom of the mansion, lawyer Martin D. Singer wrote in a statement.
Singer said he would present evidence to authorities detailing Cosby’s whereabouts before, during and after the Playboy Mansion event.
Goins met with Los Angeles police detectives on Wednesday and her lawyer said the incident took place during an event in August 2008. While many of the abuse claims levelled against Cosby fall outside civil and criminal statutes of limitations, Goins’ allegations may fall within the time period that Cosby could be charged.
Goins’ lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, said Wednesday that the alleged abuse occurred during an event called “Midsummer’s Night Dream Party” on Aug. 9, 2008. Goins does not know what happened while she was blacked out, but Kuvin has said she awoke to find herself naked and Cosby over her.
“Mr. Cosby was in New York on that date,” Singer wrote. “We will be providing documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby’s whereabouts on August 9th and for the preceding and succeeding days.”
In response to Singer’s statement, Kuvin questioned whether Cosby was at the mansion that summer. “We look forward to seeing this alleged proof,” Kuvin wrote in an email.
Los Angeles prosecutors will make the final determination on whether Cosby will face criminal charges based on Goins’ allegations.

Bill Cosby admitted to getting drugs to give to women
(CNN)Bill Cosby has admitted to getting prescription Quaaludes to give to women he wanted to have sex with, newly released documents show.
The documents, dating back to 2005, stem from a civil lawsuit filed by Andrea Constand -- one of the dozens of women who have publicly accused the comedian of sexual assault. The records were made public Monday after The Associated Press went to court to compel their release.
In a sworn deposition, Cosby answered questions from Constand's attorney, Dolores Troiani.
"When you got the Quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?" Troiani asked.
"Yes," Cosby replied.
"Did you ever give any of those young women the Quaaludes without their knowledge?" Troiani asked.
Cosby's attorney objected and told him not to answer the question.
While Cosby admitted that he acquired seven prescriptions of Quaaludes with the intent to give the sedatives to young women he wanted to have sex with, he has not admitted to actually drugging any of his accusers.
He did say he gave drugs to "other people," but his lawyers objected before Cosby could respond and name whom he gave them to.
According to the AP, at least two of the women admitted they willingly took drugs given to them by Cosby.
