Accuser Says Bill Cosby Should Admit He Sexually Assaulted Women – and Apologize

Can someone tell me if the neutrality of the Black Media he referring to is the Conservative Black Media or the Liberal Black Media?
 
I really don't see this as a black vs white issue at all, even if Cosby wants to try to spin it that way to get out from under. I think that once 20+ different women independently make the same type of accusations over a period of 25 years, the probability that there is a large degree of truth in the accusations goes through the roof.

My guess is that there are MANY people who have been VERY aware of his behavior for many years, but decided it would be a career ending move to speak out. Even now, there are those who likely won't speak out for fear that the Hollywood set would penalize them for not being discrete where those the big money studio and music label people seek to promote in a positive light for financial gain.

As women, his wife and daughter need to smarten the fuck up and see the truth for what it is.

Do you really believe that all these women are making similar accusations just for the fun of it? Maybe to just to get their name in the paper and raise their professional profile somehow? Fact is, Bill Cosby is damn fortunate that the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution has expired or he'd probably wind up in jail for the balance of his life. As it is, I'd bet there will be a civil suit ramped up in the coming months that will eventually out some interesting stuff. AND there is always the possibility that someone who has been accosted much more recently will go to the police and file charges that CAN be pursued in criminal court. After all, guys like this are creatures of habit, and don't normally just wake up one morning having decided 'Hey, you now what? All that drugging chicks and molesting them? I'm over it. Well, what do you know about that!?'

Fair enough. Let me ask you a different question. Were there no prohibitive statute of limitations in place, do you believe there is currently enough accusation, testimony, and circumstantial evidence to support charging Bill Cosby with a crime(s)?

On Friday, the final performance of Bill Cosby's three-city Canadian tour was disrupted by the most vocal demonstration against the accused rapist yet, with around 30 protesters marching out of the venue chanting "We believe the women" and another reportedly shouting, "You're a piece of shit. You rapist."


According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cosby supporters responded by yelling back "We believe the men" and "We love you Cosby."


Staged just one day after Cosby publicly acknowledged the accusations against him by joking about rape on stage, the comedian urged audience members to remain calm during the protest.



"Whatever happens here tonight if there's some sort of outburst, we just have to remain calm and things will be taken care of. It oughtn't last that long," before his stand-up set.


"I want to thank all of you here tonight because you stayed with what you believed in."

Keep in mind there has not been a criminal charge laid. So much for innocent until proven guilty!

She's going to have a tough hill to climb with this one. Cosby's lawyers are going to turnover every stone and dig up everything and anything she's done to humiliate her into backing down. I hope she has the guts for this.
 
I dont see how she plans to prove her case, its basically her word against his.
Unless she's holding back on some killer evidence we dont know about.

My guess it'll be settled out of court, and charges are dropped
