I'm calling this out because of this

I would really like to hear from the following based on my personal knowledge...this does not get other agencies off the hook but again, this is based on my personal knowledge.

@toronto-Passions - You're a split of incall (hotels) in YYZ and DT Core and outcall. Is your ratio 1:1?

@Minx-Escorts and @Minx2You - You've recently launched your outcall services. Can you provide your security policy?

@Top-Drawer - You no longer have your condos - certainly not after your break-in, robbery and confinement of one of the girls during this. How do you provide security for the (at times) 16+ ladies you have on in one day all over the GTA? You are also known to do your fair share of outcalls.

@Cupid - You are strictly outcall - can you also provide your security policy?

@sexyFriendsToronto - Although you have a great condo setup, you do do a lot of late night outcalls and often have more than one lady in the car. How do you provide efficient security?

@Sassy-Angels - A representative has already confirmed there is a 1:1 ratio on outcalls and usually more than one SP in their condos.

I won't get into details but most of our outcall clients are regulars that have been booking for years. I would say about %90 are repeat costumers so we know what to expect from them. Those clients that create problems get black listed right away but that happens very rare. We also don't go to bad areas, shady apartments, motels and ect. Hope I answered your question.

Thank you for the pro reply. How do you deal with the 10% of clients you don't know?.

You did somewhat and I appreciate your feedback. I don't agree, however, that shady areas are befitting of shady individuals. I know plenty of entitled people who are just that and only get out of trouble because they are connected in someway and or have good lawyers. I've been to plenty of "upscale" parties where I turn a blind eye to things or just remove myself from that environment.

The unanswered is the ratio of your driver/security to ladies. If you're not 1:1, how is the lady supposed to feel safe if the driver is ferrying another lady to another call and she is left with that 10%?

The reality is that you're not going to be able to be reactive to 100% of the issues. The thing to put in place is the deterrent so people will think twice. You can't stop stupidity 100% of the time, but if you've put measures in place, you'll be able to (somewhat) sleep at night knowing you did the very best you could.

If client is new then one of the drivers will stay until appointment is finished at a closest coffee shop/gas station.

Still leaves a lot to be answered.

What else is there to answer. I can't get into every little detail but I think I gave you a pretty good idea. Clients dont want to do anything stupid in their own house because doors in North America are very week and easy to break☺

I was told there's now an icepick under every mattress but I'm supposed to keep mum about it.

I appreciate your replies, but there are questions left. If you'd rather not address them, that's up to you.

Fugged you're asking way too much and trying to push buttons my friend. I don't know of any business that will divulge their security protocol.

One thing I do know is a lady is safer with an agency than working as an independent.

As for you taking the lady to your home off the clock it is the lady putting herself in danger by accepting your invitation.

You maybe a very nice gentleman or you maybe a stubborn individual who may become obsessed and now the agency get's blamed when you harm the young lady because she behind the agency's back accepted your invitation.

It's the thin edge of the wedge and if you're that concerned, that worried about the agency business model, then open up your own and put your money where your mouth is.

PS....I still love you and in the spring we should ride (you OG and me) and if you own an agency by then, please tell me your best ladies and bring them along for the ride!!!

Not necessarily. Some indies will do a more thorough screening and she has full authority to say no.
A poor agency will say yes to services or types of clients she may be uncomfortable with.

Absolutely. I felt 1000% percent safer working as an Indy.

When I was actively hobbying I knew of at least 3 independents who were robbed as independents and returned or work for the first time with an agency and were happy for it.

It's really up to the provider and it must be their choice not the choice of a client.

If I was an agency owner, I would not be publicly or even privately discussing my security measures with an unknown random poster on a review board. That is just me personally.

However, regarding the lady that was attacked, I didn't see anywhere in the news where it said that she was indeed working for an agency. While I am not about to victim blame, I will say that doing everything in your power as a indy to vet client will lower your risk but not eliminate it completely, nor could an agency. Even the hotel where the lady was staying should be offering some type of security in its hotel, and yet these things happen from time to time. A Brampton women was just killed by her BF in a hotel in NY recently.

If someone wants to hurt you, rob you, kill you, etc, they will find a way. If it is not you specifically, and just a random someone, then they will find that someone.

I don't think I'm asking too much. The only open question for SFT was the ratio; if the answer lies within their statement of "If client is new then one of the drivers will stay until appointment is finished at a closest coffee shop/gas station." as the 1:1, then that's what I'm seeking confirmation on.

I have had many ladies on the private roster and I can only remember one who thought I was obsessing, but she thought that of all her private clients. It was me who cut her loose as I smelled trouble. Again, the private call offer never comes from me, this is the SP's agenda. I don't care where my money goes, it's all the same to me, but I don't turn down a private session as it's a lot more relaxed without a conveyor belt of clients with only 15 minutes in between, yep TDL, I'm talking about you.

I've been silent partner in an agency. It failed due to misappropriation of funds from my partner. I'm considering it again but as principal.

I don't necessarily agree with agency ladies being safer than indies. These days, it seems a lot of the indies are screening and good for them for it. Agencies seem to be more quantity than quality. Conveyor belts. Zero security in hotels. Are they relying on the hotel security? Are they relying on the other guests in close proximity to be a deterrent? One night, I was wandering around the Chelsea trying to find the entrance to the cafeteria and the security guard came right up to me to see if I was a guest and if he could help me. Rare. On an incall that I'd never been to, the front desk saw me looking for the elevators and then asked me to divulge if I was a guest and or which room I was going to and then sign in. I didn't cooperate and smiled and got in the elevator. See how easy that was?

So let's drop the outcall subject. Let's ask about hotel incalls. How do agencies provide security here; getting back to the root of why this thread was started and the attack at the Chelsea earlier?

I'd really like to hear from TDL since they seem to have a large volume of ladies in up to 4 locations across the GTA and not always in the same hotels in the same areas (YYZ - can 3+ hotels). And BTW, multiple girls in the same hotel do not count, they're all in different rooms and or floors.

I guess I have to spell it out ... again. I'm stating the obvious that not one agency wants to admit to. They have no security in hotels. Period.

SFT was kind enough to divulge outcall security. They have condos with multiple ladies occupying it (most times). They at least had the balls to say something but I knew they would because they're a great agency in my books.

Sassy's (via a working SP) divulged outcall security. They have condos with multiple ladies occupying it (most times). Carolyn is a great lady that has expressed her care for her ladies and has proven time and time again she is one of the top employers and whom I recommend to anyone looking to work for an agency.

Anyone else, feel free to chime in.

No need to spell out anything. I understand what you are posting. Maybe I need to spell out my post for you????

I've been silent partner in an agency.

Curious then, what were your agencies security policies and how did you ensure the safety of all the ladies who worked for you. I would assume that you did have policies in place.

Either myself or my partner were at the incall. We rarely used more than one hotel. He had this in place before I became a partner. We were not an outcall agency although we did do the odd outcall for known clients and it was 1:1 ratio. I would either be in the driveway or on the street until the call was over. And of course, a checkin was needed when she felt comfortable.

Here's a little thing I told my ladies (yeah, I wasn't so silent at times)... When you get to an outcall, ask to be shown around the house, keep the phone line open while you're being shown around. When you excuse yourself to the washroom, put a hand print on in inconspicuous spot. Other tricks I won't get in to detail, but those might be useful in this discussion.
