PS....I still love you and in the spring we should ride (you OG and me) and if you own an agency by then, please tell me your best ladies and bring them along for the ride!!!

:kissing:

Either myself or my partner were at the incall. We rarely used more than one hotel. He had this in place before I became a partner. We were not an outcall agency although we did do the odd outcall for known clients and it was 1:1 ratio. I would either be in the driveway or on the street until the call was over. And of course, a checkin was needed when she felt comfortable.

Here's a little thing I told my ladies (yeah, I wasn't so silent at times)... When you get to an outcall, ask to be shown around the house, keep the phone line open while you're being shown around. When you excuse yourself to the washroom, put a hand print on in inconspicuous spot. Other tricks I won't get in to detail, but those might be useful in this discussion.

I know many agencies who have "Den Mother" present at private incalls. Hotel incalls, I see your point, but there are other security measures through screening that I am sure you are aware of. Those are preventative measures, but I don't think you are asking about those.

Are you implying that the only want to offer security is by being on site?

Den Mothers - usually with Asian agencies because they don't trust anyone, let alone their own kind when it comes to money.

Yes, having onsite security employed by the agency and not reliant on a third party is the ideal situation. When an agency becomes large, they need to consider this. You want to operate big time, then do so. Smaller operations are definitely easier to manage. Our roster was less than 10 and usually 6 girls on schedule at the most. I liked it like that.

My experience with Den Mothers is in all non Asian agencies. I would have not experience in the Asian market.

Maybe Den Mother is not the right word. The phone booker??? Not to mention other ladies in the incall of a private suite. For hotels, I disagree that onsite security is needed only because most predators will pray on vulnerable people in vulnerable areas and with the amount of traffic hotels have at any given time, most will not venture there. As I said, when it happens in a hotel, that to me means that person would have attempted the same thing in police station. Some will just pray on anyone, anywhere, anytime and there would not be anything you can do to stop it.

There was a home invasion style robbery of a popular incall a couple of year back {not here in Toronto} that had male security. It was known and therefore perpetrators knew how and when to hit. Had the security taken down in a matter of seconds. So while ideal to have, not always helpful either.

However, I grant you that some any security be it, personal, screened or otherwise is better then no security.

I think in the majority of the agencies these days, the booker is offsite; ideal work from home. I've NEVER been in an incall where the booker was onsite unless it was the owner and he/she was onsite attending to their business.

Point taken on the other subjects. People are stupid and when they have a mindset to do stupid things, nothing really stops them, in particular, at risk people; they have nothing to lose in their minds. Go to jail, it's shelter and three squares.

I will not deny that I may be a little out of date. Been away for a while, but glad to be back.

We could post a list of everyone's ideas for good security, and maybe agencies will read it and use some of them, even if they don't want to post here. We have a huge reading audience compared to the small number that contribute.

Did you want to start it?

It would be good to get it from a working lady's perspective.

You seem to have an agenda with one agency in particular which leads me to believe there is possibly an ax to grind. Perhaps a competitor that put your agency out of business or a falling out with one of their ladies but this thread seems to be more of pointing the finger as opposed to helping the industry.

You already started it in your post that I quoted above so we might as well just keep adding to this thread. :writing:

My agency experience was pretty negative regarding security. All I remember is that we were supposed to call in to the office when we arrived at our destination, to confirm fee collected and length of appointment. Then the office was supposed to call us at the end time of the appointment, so both the client and the SP would know time was up. They told us to push 911 on our cells and leave them open beside the bed so all you had to do was press 'send' if things went bad.

We weren't allowed to refuse risky clients or dangerous situations or we'd be fined or fired, so I definitely think ladies should have the right to veto the appointment if they feel unsafe.

Most of the reliable agency I'm sure are able to refuse appointments for safety reasons.

This sounds typical and why I keep pushing this subject. I've walked some of the roster in to their incalls after driving them to work and this is exactly what I witness. Faceless employers. Some of the girls never meet the "boss" face to face until weeks later.

Most of the reliable agency I'm sure are able to refuse appointments for safety reasons.

This better be the case MM and I'm sure it is with "reputable" agencies. There's a kerfuffle somewhere else with a well known SP who refused to open the door after seeing the client through the peephole and him not meeting her requirement of age. "Owners" put a out a vibe. If the SP feels she is obligated to take on any and all comers, then she will not refuse. A passive aggressive technique on the "owners" part. Phone personnel can also put this vibe out as they are front line and given some power by the "owners". Personally, I have not dealt with TDL because of their horrible phone person during the day in well over a year. Apparently she's still there....I digress.

I think a good point to make is that in this industry and all places really, you need to look out for yourself first. If a situation seems unsafe, an owner seems sketchy, it probably is. I'm going to link a YouTube video that is related to the porn industry but I think a lot of the points made apply to sex work in general. Hopefully it will be interesting to some and helpful for any women lurking and deciding wether or not to get into the industry.

If it's TDL (be brave enough to say so), yep they are one in particular because of the safety of one of the girls who was tied up during that break in they a year ago. I don't know if that prompted their closure of all of the condos they had around the GTA and be strictly hotel based or not, BUT did the clients know that they were being filmed on hidden surveillance cameras in the condos? How do you think the images were captured and on the news? How do you explain the complaints from the SP's that they didn't know they were being recorded in the condos and leading back to a cell phone?

I'm not the competition. Trust me. I'm a consumer and a prolific one. My concern is for the safety of the ladies. She's someone's daughter. She is providing someone with a pretty damn good living and that person should be looking out for his/her investment.

I will comment on one thing...Female owners look after their girls a LOT better than male owners in the grand scheme. Sure the male owners shower them with gifts etc...but what really counts is their well being.

Fugg,

I know you mean well but you should Thank the ladies who've been kind enough to respond to your thread. In Alberta, your topic would have been met with radio silence and closed by one of the over zealous mods on CAF.

I'm extremely impressed with all of the ladies who've taken the time to write a response.

Some might say Fugged, if you truly cared about the girls you wouldn't purchase their services.....remember I said some:)
As a previous service owner that had outcall services, I sat outside of my girls calls, if something went awry, I went inside. If something went further than I could handle, I had help. But realistically, no matter how much security you have, or how tight your security is, if someone means to harm someone, they will. Anything created by man can be defeated by man. Nothing is fool proof. So my answer, worry about how you treat who you see, and let the rest take care of themselves.

Janelle@Sassys did a fine job of representing Sassy's with her comments.
Cristy and EFS represent themselves, they have no one to answer to.
I thank them all as I always thank the ladies for chiming in on my subjects, but you'll notice, it's the same ladies who answer to no one. Find me a lady who HAS THE AGENCY REPRESENT THEM AND WHAT THIS AGENCY PROVIDES TO GET HER BUSINESS . See what I did there? :rofl!:

I don't (continue) to see ladies who are at risk and by that, I mean if I sense they are being pimped out, are not fit for the industry or supporting a habit (that I know of). I'm actually very selective of who I see and within seconds, I can tell if she is there to have fun and make a few dollars or the exact opposite. I have run in to those in the opposite light and will not go through with the session. I usually don't see them around for long anyway.

You're right about not being to stop anyone if they're set to harm someone. No one is or we'd live in a Utopian society with no crime.

I AM calling out agencies. If they don't respond, then perhaps I've done my job to let them know they're not delivering what they promise these ladies when they advertise. Perhaps I've let a few ladies know (who might be thinking of getting in to this industry) that it's not all bunnies and butterflies.

I'm still calling out agency owners (besides SFT) to have their input but I hear crickets.

Fugged,

There's been several sexual assaults at local MP's here in Edmonton. Most of he studios have cameras, staff, security, ect...unfortunately that has not prevented bad things from happening in Edmonton.

CrissyCurves is right. Fugged, I think you're looking for an easy answer. The majority of agencies operating around the world keeps adding and changing their security measure. The bad guys keep seeking opportunities to compromise them.
