Made with Love

Dogs and all animals thread

Fox news=fake news ? Well regardless, it's never going to happen, at least in the near future. Asians and some others, love dog meat, and many thrive on the culture of torture the animal before you kill it, to make the meat more tender, that tortured animals when eaten will make men more virile, and so on. There are a plethora of ridiculous and unfounded beliefs some cultures still cling to and support. So although it is often reported that specific places have gone anti dog meat, I don't fall for it. It will take a few more generations and anti cruelty animal laws enacted, before that will come to fruition.
some anti dog meat crusaders, btw, aren't anti dog meat, they're anti cruelty, it is the way those poor animals are housed and slaughtered, that rile many, and as it should. Even the most hardened have a hard time watching the truth of it.

Fox was not the only news source on this...I just chose Fox as the one I quoted.

^ Good to know, note my correction, I said most (should have said some, since I only know "some") anti dog meat crusaders are (meant aren't) anti dog meat, they are anti cruelty

Did she make her boyfriend clean her mouth with his tongue :-Cool/"

I wonder if she picked up the boyfriends turds because he also crapped himself. :biggrin2:

I admit to fake picking up dog poop when people might be watching but it's too runny to get a handful. :blush2:

Its cultural and it wont go away. I also think eating them is ok as opposed to starvation but, there's not excuse for being cruel.

Could be worse.

This isn't worse, since the dogs survived, hopefully, and will get to live a normal dog life. The torture and suffering dog meat dogs suffer is beyond most peoples imagination. Those who have seen it personally can suffer from shock. It wasn't that long ago that some asshole used to post on another forum, he was from Moncton N.B. and felt that his dogs "enjoyed" sex with him, that is what he implied. Beastiality is more common than some realize. Google it, lots of porn sites that provide it, sadly enough. Imo, this is as sick and as perverse as child porn.

[h=1]Taiwan bans sale, consumption of dog and cat meat[/h]

In other news, Taiwan's Census Bureau Wednesday projected a 60% drop in the nation's domestic human population by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2017.

This was expected to be offset by a 90% increase in the nation's domestic dog and cat populations, thus averting a potential labor crisis in Taiwan's retail and manufacturing sectors, although when asked if they would work in dangerous, sweatshop-like conditions for mere pennies a day, most cats and dogs said 'Fuck that shit! Who do you think we are, stoopid humans?

And they call me the bad guy. Some of these replies belong in the x1323wesbvduu88e hall of fame.

There you go mods, now stop sending me warnings.

I don't see a big issue with eating dog meat. I agree that the animals should be treated humanely as possible as they are "prepared". I'm sure there are cultures out there that find our eating habits to be horrible. Look at veal....they keep the calf immobilized in order to get the tender meat they want. I don't eat veal. But I have no issues with the beef, chicken, pork and other meat industries. If someone doesn't want to partake, fine....but I don't like to be told what I can and cannot eat by others. It's like having someone outlaw what a man and woman can do in the bedroom for the exchange of money.

IMHO

The truth is in society we are always told by government what we can and cannot do. In Ontario now withdrawing a big some of money in cash out of your bank account, we are asked what the money is for? Our after tax money saved and we are being asked why. Another example is illegal drugs, these are our bodies and you would think we should have the right to poison ourselves with any drug we wish to ingest but this is not the case. In a civil society we have rules, plain and simple.
