I think the baker is an idiot!
So he bakes a cake for a gay wedding! BIG DEAL
If he bakes a cake for a straight wedding does he think that
1.No Gay person will eat it.
2.No Pedophile will eat it.
3.No person with any other visible level of biased or hatred will eat it.
This sounds to me like baker boy just wants some free publicity or her truly is an idiot.
Todays social media provides an instant outlet for these attention seekers to get the instant publicity.
Tragic waste of time and ties up a lot of peoples efforts that could be better used elsewhere.

Didn't we have this discussion already? It's similar to the discussion going back and forth about whether a SP could choose not to see a particular person.
I don't have enough information to for for either side of this. But I wanted to point out that the wedding was back in 2012, before gay marriage was legalized. Based on that alone, the Baker has firm ground to stand on.
We also don't know what shape the custom cake was going to be? Was it going to be obscene? They already said that the bakery didn't discriminate on who it sells goods to. There was just something about the custom cake that made the Baker not want to do the cake.
Personally, I think the while incident is nothing but fluff anyway. If someone doesn't want my business for any reason, I'll just take my business elsewhere and if I'm feeling nasty, I'll write a well written review about the whole incident.

I personally to not believe that their should ever be regilous accomindations or exclusions. I believe that religion is a choice that people make.
If there is an issue between your God and a government, business, person, pet, plants, etc then you need to address that issue with your God.
