A well-meaning neighbor in a Canadian apartment complex called the cops after hearing an early morning round of coming from a nearby residence. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man who had been, um, struggling to take care of some bathroom business. "When questioned about the amount of noise he was making, the man explained that he had been ... on the toilet having his morning constitutional, but he was done now," deputy chief John Ducker said.
