Update 3:
Despite Papa's image the cat....I REPEAT the cat if fine and still shitting in the area behind my bbq. Under the advice of one of the escorts via pm I was in contact with an organization that deals with ferrel cats. They however do not have the means or resources to travel outside the City of Toronto and into the GTA. They did say they would look into their contacts to see if someone else could help me. In the meantime the cat continues to be a pain in my back side.
