funny, you're the only one here that thought that.....and since the cop DIDN'T stop the guy because he was a successful black man, it has no bearing whatsoever on this case. The man was stopped because he matched the description of the suspect being sought....EOS.

Interesting how one is able to judge a person based on their race, age and the car they drive. Yet Lisa is older than I am, admits to being on welfare, can't form a comprehensible sentence, and appears to be bigoted against Caucasians if we do not agree with her views, (yet she is Caucasian herself). The irony really is terrific.

The only other thing I have to add is that if one bases success solely on what a persons income is, they have no comprehension of success. Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela... Some of the most influential and successful people who have ever lived, yet not one drove a BMW.

Anyway, how do you know; even if he did answer that the officer wouldn't have pulled his gun on him? What if he gave the "wrong" answer ? Do you have some magical looking glass you forsee the future?

Not sure what your point is as it makes no sense. Obviously if you give the wrong answer you become a greater suspect.

I would understand the racial profiling charge if he didn't fit the description including car but not when he did. Sounds as if he blew it after that.

I'm not sure what you mean by "visible minority" because if you mean a particular race or skin colour, you must be white because for the last few years, whites have become the minority in Toronto/Ontario........

But, since you have so much going on that obviously is illegal (because otherwise, you couldn't incriminate yourself) being obstinate and demanding an attorny, that would only raise their suspicions higher......for most of us, who have nothing to fear of the police, it is far easier and simpler and our duty to assist the police in their jobs...which is protecting us from criminals......
