Made with Love
Do you mean 'reporting' rather than 'outing'? Reporting a bad date is different than outing someone.

Outing means posting their confidential personal info publicly, whereas reporting means posting their contact info/handle in a private forum to warn other providers about bad behavior.

Where is this place on HUBGFE where guys publicly 'out' SP's? People get banned for outing here as far as I know.

by that I mean by posting in a thread, a review, a warning section, or where ever, a board allows about their dislike of a particular sp because of what ever reason, ..... they may not give her personal name, but saying something negative, something that may not be true, about an sp can be as damaging to her as a hobbyist having his name and number posted.

Whatever someone else does is on them, however you see it, or someone else sees this is for them, for me if you've booked me, and you didn't show up or cancel, and in time, then not respond to my call or email with an explanation as to why, then you get posted, if you've purposely posted lies or gossip, or played any other type of game that is intended to cause me loss, then you get posted, if you've abused me physically, then be assured, you too will be!! I'm not complicated, just capable of standing up for myself, as we all should be.
Luckily this doesn't happen often, it's rare, as most men that contact me are gentlemen, have no agenda, and if they can't make it let me know at some point...

There are those who have something to hide and it isn't their identity, it is what they are up to. I find it is often this type who are most often the ones who won't divulge any info:)

Posting a real name of a client for not showing up or calling?? I can understand one's handle but a real name???

Not that I would or have done this but I don't believe posting ones real info under these circumstances is justified as a matter of fact on the other hand is down right dangerous.

Yeah I guess your right, Hooked, not showing up or calling, pshhh, no biggy, after all my time isn't valuable is it, I'm just sitting here for funs sake, got nothing better to do, after all, I'm an escort and at your beck and call.....right....I'm here for you or anyone to do as they wish with and when they do, I should just quietly scamper away....... Sure!! LOL. So I should just sit around and wait for these time wasters who think it's no big deal to fill someones schedule with fake appts and then suck it up! It takes time to prepare oneself for these fake appts, to prepare my locale, it also causes me to cancel other activities and other appointments, again for some asshole who thinks it's FUN to purposely WASTE someone times....YEA no biggy HOOKED, but you are right, it is dangerous, it's dangerous to do this to someone who has the balls to stand up for herself!!

Cristy, I person books an appointment with you and gives you his real name. The day of the appointment hell breaks out at work and the appointment totally slips his mind, very unfortunate but it happens.

A) do you out his real name on your blog

B) do you wait for an explanations and an apology before you release his name and ruin his life?

I one time drove from Toronto to Hamilton only to be stood up by the young lady. Should I have had her real name so I could out her because we all know SP's change their names all the time?

The answer is NO of course. I was livid but chalked it up to being my fault for not researching the young lady more in depth on different boards.

@LarryB,lol, yes some want this to turn into a show, some get my point and know when and why this is done, others will assume whatever...... and.... quite frankly, I don't care:)... @jesse James-good for you and...you handle your business your way and others do it their way....so?. I wasn't aware that sp's change their names all the time, most I've heard of have had the same names since I've known of them, in 2011, as I've had mine..... and ruin lives, lol, you are dramatic, lol. Do you truly think any of the fools I've named are ruined, lol, please, everyone of them knew what they were doing and did it purposely, so if ruination did befall them it was their doing and they deserved it.I too am quite sure you've mentioned that sp to numerous other hobbyists, regardless. I've been stood up hundreds of times and have posted less than a dozen names, get my point! The fact of the matter is some play games, others make mistakes, have valid reasons, etc. There is a difference, and a game is a game:) The saddest thing about all of this is some of these pricks that play games will still be happily seen by other sp's and supported as good ole boys by some other" hobbyists", because cash is king, pussy is pussy and, sadly respect and honesty still lag far behind.
If you or anyone doesn't like how someone handles themselves it's very simple...DON"T see them or interact with them, BUT don't tell them how they should handle themselves when you know NOT their situations!!

Screening

Screening

I'm just curious as to how much details many of you are willing to give during a screening process.

I'm comfortable with a couple of references from other ladies although this can be a mine field in itself. I do have a dedicated email and phone line I use for the hobby and in some cases with the more strict ladies this is becoming more and more unacceptable. Several years ago I purchased a pay as you go phone from 7/11 and it's been a great tool.

I'm finding the most push back when using Eros and have had very little problem with Backpages although sometimes it can be worrisome not knowing what you will find when the door opens and at times I've found some real gems at bargain prices.

I'm just curious if it's just me or is the independent route becoming a bit of a chore?

It's a chore but don't tell them. Once they start losing business they will get it.

Since you come to my private home, you will give up your private address right? Tit for tat and all that?

Ya..... I didn't think so. I know. Not fun when someone turns shit around on you.

I am only doing that Tit for Tat . References from other well known SPs are never an issue.

This is a Twitter phenomenon where the Canadian ladies are implementing the US standard. It's illegal for both sides in the US so it's imperative both sides know they are not dealing with LE. Here the only one facing charges are the clients. No way you want your real information on an escorts database be it an agency or an independent.

Look at what happened with Cupid's Jillian. Now they have Twitter accounts claiming they will tweet out bad clients information. Imagine it's a misunderstanding or a negative review and the SP decides to claim you were a bad client. You're DONE, your info is tweeted all over Twitterverse.

I don’t usually need to, but I have given a reference a couple times. Usually my twitter or board handle is good enough for screening. It helps if I send a pm or a dm. And I haven’t ever been asked for real name or address. One girl I wanted to see had a strict screening process, but it wasn’t that that stopped me, it was that she wanted an etransfer deposit first.
I found another willing provider, there’s lots out there, so it is easy to move on.

This is dangerous for both sides of the coin!

When I first started in the industry someone kept flagging my craigslist ads and then posted a bogus warning about me claiming that a big black man answered my door, relieved them of their money and escorted them out. Then a member on the blue board, back when Paul owned it, brought this fake accusation to everyone's attention, without knowing if it was true or not. Luckily a member there with credibility had seen me and cleared the matter up. Imagine if that wasn't the case. That could and most likely would have decimated my new business. I used to make people go to an address literally on the way first and when there text me for the exact address as a precaution. Again, luckily I did this because another member on that same board outed what they thought was my real address. Clearly they had pulled a no show on me.

Flash forward a few years back when I started working in Vaughan. I would book new clients via a phone call from their real cell, which was groused about by a member of the red board who singled me out, devoting a thread to criticizing my ads and booking process. Then some coward anonymously called the condo corp on me and had me evicted. I never said anything at the time and carried on like business as usual, even though it cost me much both financially and health wise. I simply started working from another condo in Woodbridge and continued to book new clients via a phone call from their real cell. Some time after that incident the crazy owner of the Jerry Springer board outed my real first name there.

Currently I work from my home because I had to evict bad tenants and taking it over for personal use was the easiest route to do so. It is for all of these very viable reasons that I now ask for references and in lieu of that a Linkedin profile, etc. If you don't have either of those then a social meet and greet first before heading to the incall, local outcall for incall price, etc. will get you a first time booking with me. I will also see a gent using an app if another provider or two can vouch for him.

My point is that despite all these nasty things being done to me I have never retaliated or griped about it. The only thing I do is screen more stringently for my safety. Pre Bill C-36, when the onus was on us, it wasn't a concern for most of you. Now that the laws have changed and the onus is on you it's an issue. Funny how that works, isn't it!

We don't do this to make life more difficult for you, only to protect ourselves, and maybe it's time that you stop protesting and start realizing that we too don't like the situation any more than you do, but deal with it the best way we can because that's the current reality. If you don't like it simply say nothing and move on rather than taking on the chore of constantly whining about the current state of affairs, which won't be changing any time soon I'm afraid unless the laws are revised, over which none of us has any control really other than advocacy. Why don't you expend your energy more constructively by trying to convince the powers that be to change the laws, rather than picking on us anonymously using keyboard courage and potentially hurting our businesses and livelihood in the process by trying to convince everyone else that we're simply not worth the hassle. I for one think that I and others are worth it, but that's for you to decide. Believe it or not, many have seen me and others using this vetting process.

I will have more to say soon.

For Jessie -

I don't know if this is a new thing or a changing of an old thing. Before tech, there were no payphone rules. All for the same reason. To have a real number to give to cops if you raped or robbed a girl. It was mostly acceptable back then. Then tech changes happen, apps came out, more assholes came out because they had a new means of hiding themselves and hurting women. Now women are changing to the times and not accepting the apps. Can't say I blame them for changing with the times.

SP references may be a bit newer for Toronto or Canada as a whole, but I don't think there is anything wrong with that personally. Many of you won't see a woman who is not reviewed, why should you expect a woman to see you without a reference in return. Maybe you can explain the issue of not wanting to give a reference. Or any other man here can chime in.

I know many escorts who do screening and give OPTIONS for that screening. Meaning it is not just one type and one type only.

I will admit that I saw Rai with no screening. Like none at all. We set up via DM on twitter. I didn't get his number until he confirmed with me the morning of and I never thought a ways about it. Why? Because he is Raiden. He has MANY reviews here where ladies replied back about the wonderful time they had. So why do I need to worry? I don't.

Point is, screening can be done in more ways than one, and often SPs give choices for that. Because as Sophia said, we are not trying to make it harder for you. Why would we want to do that? You think we want to be this way? Of course not.

Thankfully we are in a time when both are available. Ladies who don't screen as much as some and men who will give info to those of us who do screen. It works. What I don't understand is all the bitching being done against women like myself and Sophia, who do invite gentlemen into our homes, and offer an experience above the normal hotel wham bams, who have never outted someone and have always acted professionally. Not saying you are doing it, but it is happening.

Do you really think that it is a chore to be screened by someone like me? Certainly wasn't a chore for me in chat that one time. Communication should play a factor here I think. Not just with me, but with other ladies. You should be able to communicate your fears and concerns while helping the lady with her very real and equal fears and concerns. And if you make a match, great! If not, wish each other well and move on to the next.

Seems so simple, yet like eerything simple, it gets so complicated.

I know that is what you were doing and that is why I did back. It is not fun, so don't do it. Just move on. There is never a need to make comments like that directly to the lady. Just say, thanks but no thanks and move on. That is my point.

1. Who is the "they" in your statements? Don't lump me in with "they". Do you want me to lump you in the with muggers and rapist who use apps to book ladies and harm them? I don't think so.
2. It was all fun and games when we were the criminals, but now that you are, you want things changed for you? Well, that is nice and fair ain't it. Glad you only think of your side of the coin in all this
3. Screening is NOT just to confirm each person is not LE. To believe that is the only reason is beyond naive.
4. Wow - info on the Twitterverse??? You do realize that ladies have had bad dates sites for like ever right. You know that SPOC has a public list that has been operating since 2004 or something like that. We have always had that power. Nothing has changed in that regard.
5. The guy Cupids tweeted about RAPED her girl. NOT a misunderstanding.

How many use their handle when booking a sp?.

I use my handle, and usually that’s all I need. They look me up here or on twitter and I’m in. Only been asked for a reference from another provider twice. The first one I got told off for not asking in advance if I could use her as a reference, so she was blindsided and thought the new girl was fishing.

Not sure if it's the same person but there's a popular lady on the red board that gets upset if asked for a reference without the gent informing her first. This is rather silly as in my experience few ask before using us as a reference and if I got my knickers in a knot over it every time I'd shorten my life span. Instead of ragging on the lady who did nothing wrong she should take it up with the gent who used her without her prior consent if it means that much to her. I suspect that in truth she sees it as a threat to her business and reacts badly off the cuff. As far as I'm concerned we have an obligation to each other to keep each other safe regardless of whether the gent in question inquired first or not. If he's shopping around he'll continue to do so with or without our approval. Having said that, it is a nice surprise when we are asked first and aids the process because we're expectant of a query and have a ready made answer for our fellow provider. Why not make it easier on everyone involved!
