Comical....on every board there is a section where men can publicly out sp's and that is celebrated, and said to be necessary to protect one another, yet when we do the same, it gives reason to hobbyists to distrust all sp's, to hide, to feel a right to be shady. PLEASE!!
Many clients seem to get off on playing games and a game is a game, no misunderstanding. If he wants to waste someone's time, cause conflict or do something that "costs" an sp, then he needs to be outed. We to have lots to loose when we're posted about, and mistakes, misunderstanding can be made towards us, but that doesn't stop some hobbyists spreading around and posting our names, does it.
Fact remains, if you act like a gentlemen and play no games, you'll be treated like a gentleman and protected. If you have no agenda, then you have no worries, do you. I'm very sure before I post a name that the person has played me, so it's fair game. But SOME of you will use any excuse to justify hiding your identity.
and if you're going to worry about what ifs, perhaps it's best not to hobby at all.The best any of us can do is show respect to one another and do what you promise, when that can't be done, give a reason and apologize or compensate. Both sides have things to loose, both sides have things to protect, both sides have rights. Neither side should get away with abusing anyone in any way!!
as far as what ifs....
....what if she's a cop
what if she's a relative, one you didn't know about or have ever seen
what if she has an sti, or std
what if she is a man
what if she isn't good in bed
what if she and you have no chemistry
what if she is someone you know from school, work, etc
what if she is a friends sister, wife, girlfriend, etc
what if she isn't as attractive as her pics
what if they aren't her pics
what if she's highly reviewed but just not your cup of tea
what if, what if
