Seeing as this all stays here, she is only asking me for $2,000 in fee....the flight will be about $850, her dogs (3)are $100 a day, and there is Med Insce, cabs and incidentals (food while travelling etc)...I am expecting it to run out at about $4,000. I will pay for everything at the other end.
Is it possible that it is a bit slow in Jan in the SP biz?? Or could be a trip to the equator in Jan has some value too?
Anyway we are both very excited about it...she has emailed me that is dreaming about it and texting about her excitedness....I am extremely happy and excited too...ya ...I'll bring pills lol

Looks like I have to wait for the duo as Erica is heading south early....it's all good as Ev will be in for a little Xmas party later too. ( she is here on the qt now, but I opted for her later option)

All things being considered, including your mutual attachment and friendship, that's a fair and reasonable price, and as I recall you were prepared to pay her quite a bit more. Fairness is a two way street, so that's what this is. You're right this time of year is slow for girls, as people have lots of Christmas expenses both before Christmas, and then when those bills arrive in January. I suspect you'll see a number of them offering special rates, as they too need money for their own Christmas expenses. I guess you could say sp's are on sale now!

I'm glad she's expressing how excited she is about this, as then you know it's genuine. I'm sure one of us can meet you at the airport...with a wheelchair as you won't be able to walk after that length of time with her. Hell, I spend 2 hrs doing that duo on the weekend, and I was wacked out just from that.

I'll be staying on a couple of weeks after she leaves, so time to recover.
I am "pushing the boat out" for this as a SPECIAL treat to celebrate retirement etc...a new phase in my life...never done it before....not likely to do it again. Creating a memory.....
One life...no sequel and all that.
