I think they handled it perfectly. He was getting ready to make a run for it and they restrained him. They don't know at this point if he has another weapon or not. They basically sat on him to keep him down. I don't think there was any power tripping going on. I don't think it could have been handled any better with exactly the amount of force needed to contain the scum.
