Twitter Dudes

This is from a lawyer in regards to this situation so NO IT IS NOT OK and if I were him I'd be suing her ass off!

I doubt the John will bother as he must be scared shitless his name, address and phone number have been posted. Shame on you man, whay take out the condom?. It's her choice not yours.

The biatch should lose revenue in a hurry. Why would anyone want to deal with them after this crap?.

Bad move by Jillian. She should’ve reported to the cops or circulate information among agencies to protect the girls if that was her intention. By exposing her client, a long time client nonetheless, how can anyone trust her with screening information. If she does this, then what’s to say she’ll out a client if you get on her wrong side for whatever reason (even if it doesn’t have to do with one of her girls).

Also so makes it hard for Indy’s to assure that screening will not expose the client have the example that Jillian set. What a garbage move by her.

This is sadly the outcome of this tweet.

I get the intention. I truly do. I believe that Jillian 100% believes what her girl told her. The girl does not want to go to the police and be re-victimized by them and I get that too.

We also don't know if this girl has a BF, or family and friends who don't know what she does and with involving LE, that can cause more damage to her.

It is a no-win situation for everyone.

Everyone says to call the police to deal with it, but when that is truly not a viable option, what is one to do. For years, women in this industry have been purposefully preyed upon because of this fact. Because many women can't go to the police.

And yes, we have BCLs and private forums, etc but again, so many women are put in a position to keep their mouths shut and suffer the victimization of being raped. In all these threads, this girl gets one line from some people and nothing from others. That line "if true, then he is an asshole" or some other name, you can fill it in. But then they go on and on about his rights. If this is true, we are talking about protecting a rapist and showing concern for a rapist but the girl get maybe 1 line of support in a post? How is that at all right?

And you guys wonder why women are cheering this act? They are sick of being silenced when they are the victims. You guys have to understand that right?

Don't get me wrong, I am all for privacy and I am 100% against false accusations. I truly am. And I will admit that woman from a very popular screening site did admit to false accusations herself, so it does happen. I am not going to be stupid and say it does not. And yes - this is part of the effect of those false accusations. Women who are indeed sexually assaulted have a much harder burden of proof.

However, as a victim myself, I am really getting sick and tired of a rapist getting away with shit because the victim is unable to utilize police assist and therefore she is left with - "didn't call the police, oh well didn't happen."

Something has to change.

But, Jillian's tweet just set us back a few years in this struggle for safety in this industry. It doesn't help that she has a history of outing girls and guys. No one is going to bother remembering the girl that was raped. All they are going to remember is the very real fact that clients can and do get outed.

This is truly one of the dark under bellies of this biz. It's a no win situation for everyone. I just hope that if true, the agency owner is ready to accept the consequences and back lash that is heading her way. If it's all true, kudos for the agency owner to be willing to take on all the negativity to protect one of her own. I can't help to wonder if ALL legal avenues were explored and deemed improbable, but I do hope they tried.

Concur, no one wins here. But the agency will have legal problems it it was dealing with me.

If he is attached it will be in his best interest to let it slowly go away unless it's too late and his spouse has found out. Then it would be on, that's for sure.

Definitely no winners here....assuming the guy is guilty: 1 victim, 2 pieces of shit for differing reasons. It is a shame that other agencies and indy's who (justifiably) ask for personal details for screening may take a hit on business due to someone else's decision to out clients and SP's.

Regardless , twitter is a joke with guys kissing up and always agreeing with whatever the ladies say for brownie points.

Dont need any brownie points. But I do meet Lady’s on twitter, and do hook up and have a great time. Most of them have a good time too, so all’s well in twitter-land.
I suspect the Lady’s, just like the ‘dudes’, get a good idea of who they don’t want to see because of thier shitty attutudes

There is nothing wrong with hooking up but do you praise all their whining and moaning by agreeing with everything they say or do you just DM to set up a booking as it should be done?

Excellent comment yuppie. I totally concur. It's a shame Indy's and other agencies, may see a downturn in business, due to another agency owners actions!!

As I stated earlier in this thread, twitter has a great Tool Kit.
Unfollow, Mute or Block.
you NEVER have to read or see anything on twitter you don’t want to see.
I block people regularly, it streamlines my feed so it’s much easier, faster to see those who I Appreciate.

Excellent post!!

Excellent post!!

Ditto. Great post by Jessica.

There will always be one asshole client per every 1000 say and one (literally) agency who will out clients and their SP's but as per the thread on the other site the overall risk is low. How many incidents like this have happened and none of the other agencies have done this? Clients can vote where their money is spent and SPs can still choose which agency they want to represent them. Personally I would want near to zero risk (on client or SP side (if I were a SP) - of being outed due to agency having a bad day). Again, assuming the guy is guilty (and for anyone else who pulls shit like that) - he is still a POS...and I hope the SP is ok.

Excellent post Yuppie.

Yes, risk is still overall low (but higher probability than it was before 1 week ago) since I haven't heard of any other agency outing clients/SP's. I hope the SP in this scenario is ok and I hope other outcall agencies like Toronto Passions, Minx, Select etc. (and outcall indy's) don't take a hit on their business due to clients being scared off.
