Made with Love

Where is my 10 %?

Usually the Higher End Restaurants has it built in and tell you there is no need to tip..
Then there are others that inform you that there will be a tipping charge place on your bill
They were inform, they could have gone to another restaurant...they had a choice....
They choose to eat there, then complain about the tipping.....
Not a good thing.....

I have learned that the "God asks for 10% who are you to ask more" thing is an old Christian joke.
While I do sort of agree with the general principle, what the pastor did was rude. One of her responsibilities as a pastor is how her actions and words reflect on God. To be a responsible Christian you have to abide by the laws of the land.
Any good pastor wouldn't have a lot of money but then they shouldn't be taking a large group of people out to a restaurant if that's the case.
Her apology doesn't come across as genuine to me. And the whole concept of tithing to the Church makes me ill like everything pertaining to the Church does. Tithing is not meant to be given to someone. It is supposed to be 10% of 10% that you enjoy amongst your family and loved ones.
