She seems to genuinely like me and could find a richer guy elsewhere. So she would probably continue to see me with some adjustments to our relationship. However, the trade off might involve me promising a committed relationship.

So, being the non-judgmental person you are, you believe that all women in the business are manipulative and don't care about love? They only care about extracting as much as they can from their stupid customers? And any woman in a third-world country who wants to seek a better life with someone that just might love them, and they love them, is also manipulative? Wow....voyeuristic, narrow-minded, judgmental, ignorant, and misogynistic all in one!

One way to avoid this, is see many women and not get attached. The hobby is about variety! If I wanted only one, I would settle down or just settle for whoever was interested. Then again, I seem to attract crazy, psycho women and it's fun for awhile but then their multiple personalities start showing up!

At least I'm a realist not one that convinces themselves that a young vivacious 20 something year old woman would have any real interest besides financial in a 50 year something or older man. I mean get real, take away your bank account and see how long she stays. I'm sorry to be so blunt but you sure seem to spout off your opinions, well now it's time for me to do the same. I don't see too many low income old folks arm in arm with young good looking women, DO YOU?? Maybe the ignorant, naive one wearing blinders is YOU!

To an extent you are correct: a stunningly attractive lady in her twenties is not going to hang around with a low-income earning 50 year old. But you're jumping to conclusions about age and money: with age tends to come money (we earn, save, build our value, etc). With money comes a better lifestyle: nicer clothes, better restaurants, better cars, etc. Does any women (20 or 50) want financial security and the best in life from their man? Of course! But does that mean every 20 year old is only chasing the money? No...sometimes they can appreciate the lifestyle the money brings, but actually love the man they are with, regardless of age. Sure, they may appreciate the money, but if the guy was an asshole do you really think most women would hang around?
Our society has this hangup on age. There's some stunningly beautiful 50 year old women, just as there are 20 year olds. Same applies for handsome men in their 50s and 20s. Can't they be attracted to each other despite the age?
YOUR hangup is with the SP/MP. You don't believe an SP can actually care for someone, and they only want money. That's judgmental and ignorant no matter how you slice it. You would object to anyone saying religious people are kooks because they believe in something that doesn't exist. Yet you have no difficulty categorizing all women in this business as money-grubbing opportunists who are lower on the societal scale than you.
This world is judgmental. However, as all the research shows, the more intelligent and educated a person, the less judgmental they are. Guess what that says about those who judge too much?

I do agree that the majority would fall into this category. But wide-spread condemnation of all ladies who are sex workers as being incapable of genuine love and affection is bullshit. Sure, some SPs/MPs are manipulative. So are many women (and men) who are not SPs/MPs. Do you really think the issue is the business they are in? Or their true nature?
And then again, I always try to find the best in people, not the worst. And I wouldn't have it any other way. I've had three wonderful relationships with ladies who I met while they were in this business, and in the end that's all that matters. The rest of the world's opinions on them and the work they did when I met them matters not one whit.

I fall into Old Guyzer's camp. And remember that wealth and lifestyle are part of the attraction for many women. It's like having a nice rack for us. Women are hard-wired to be attracted to status and success in the same way we are hard-wired to be attracted to that cute ass and long legs. The problems come where the woman has no interest in the guy and approaches him purely with the intention of scoring $$$ fast and then immediately moving on.
And women are all different and often quirky and illogical. The "condo girl" I mentioned above has often borrowed small "emergency" amounts from me - $200-$500. The first couple of times, I laughed to myself and figured I had zero chance of seeing the $$$ again. Know what? Every last penny has always been paid back, often w her phoning and reminding me about the debt and arranging to bring the payback over to my apartment. Moral of the story? You can't figure them out or predict what they will do.
And as well, I agree that the fact someone provides sex for hire does not mean they are going to be any more untrustworthy than a civilian girl or that buddy of your cousin who has that amazing real estate investment deal for you in the Everglades.
