Why not just buy several additional bottles before 9:00 PM, to get you through the night? It's not as if you want to shop at every LCBO in Ontario, between 9 and 10 PM. Learn from the squirrels, grasshopper. Buy fifty bottles all at once, then hide them around the house. You'll forget where most of them are, and when you need one, just ransack the place like a Viking, until you find one you forgot about. Problem solved.

Why on earth would anyone be sleeping at 5 PM, unless they are the target audience of the 'Pork Room', ie: toddlers, based on the majority of the content. I generally don't sleep on Sundays. I don't sleep in municipal public buildings. I think you were thinking of the Totem Pole at the ROM, likened that to my avatar, and became giddy on some of the vodka bottles you found at Prick's house, before he did. That might be true.

I rarely drink alcohol anymore. It has too many empty calories. I'd rather be on the kush. It 'dumbs me down', and doesn't add calories, if I refrain from having junk food in the house.

To me, alcohol is the drug of choice for those who want to avoid taking responsibility for their actions, or for those who want to make their memory fuzzy. Sometimes the two motives are intertwined. Plus, it helps people sleep, if they don't get any exercise.

They have liquor stores open 24 hours a day, in some US States. The store owners are also licensed to carry shotguns and pistols to defend their supply from 'un-monied' patrons, similarly armed, seeking cash at 3 AM. Anyone who 'needs' alcohol at 4 AM, and doesn't already have some, should not be driving home from a liquor store.

This reminds me of a Steven Wright joke. He was stopped by a cop for speeding, and the cop said "Don't you know the speed limit is 60 miles per hour?", and Steven says "Yes, but I wasn't planning to be out that long".

Um...Cristy, I was drinking alcohol before YOU were born. Take into account the title and OP of this thread. If someone NEEDS to buy alcohol late at night, the chances are good that they plan to have more than A drink, otherwise, they would have gotten up in the morning before 9:00 PM.
