The 65-year-old Pulp Fiction uber producer has been one of the most powerful men in Hollywood for three decades.

But with the explosive allegations from some of the film world’s biggest stars, accusing Weinstein of rape, sexual harassment and more, it appears the movie mogul is gearing up to face a multi-million-dollar lawsuit.

“I am profoundly devastated. I have lost my wife and kids, whom I love more than anything else,” he said of his sorrow at Georgina Chapman pulling the plug on their marriage.
But Weinstein told the Post he understands his wife’s decision in light of the explosive revelations.

“I fully support her decision,” he said. “I didn’t stand in Georgina’s way when we discussed a separation, I encouraged her to do what was in her heart. I know she has to do what is best for the children, herself and her business.”
Weinstein added: “I don’t want her or the children hurt anymore than they already have been.”
The disgraced production poohbah said he hopes one day the pair can reconcile.

He also told the Post that being abandoned by friends has left him reeling.
On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the film company Weinstein and his brother, Bob, built from scratch is very much in jeopardy.
The Weinstein Co. is being asked to return a $45-million loan it was fronted by AI International Holdings.

In letters to the studio and their lawyers, AI said Harvey Weinstein’s weekend ouster from the company constituted a “material adverse change” in the relationship, allowing them to demand the return.
