THE place to ride is rosedale valley road.....albeit it is a bit slow at 50 kph but it is the perfect spot for bike riding....lots of twisty turns, no sidewalks, lots of trees....best time to ride it is midnight when you can open it up....I once rode my ninja down there at 120 kph...amazing....just wish it was longer but alas.....you make do with what you have....

Anywhere else downtown you'll be stopped as much as you'll be moving.....

Downtown toronto isn't designed to move, it's designed to stop movement......

If you want better riding, go out to pickering or west mississauga/streetsville......

A good ride is up 27 to orangeville......

Starting at Bloor and Rosedale Valley Rd. head west to Mt. Pleasant
North on Mt. Pleasant to Millwood
East on Millwood to Bayview
South on Bayview to ?
Somehow get from Bayview to Lakeshore and head out to beaches and back

Any idea how long that'll take?
Any reason I shouldn't take that route?

If we have enough time, I might just try to get her out of the city and go for a longer ride until after rush hour.
