As for an intimate relationship...I guess one would be nice, but I honestly don't think I could do the intimate thing.

That's why Catholic priests and nuns commit so many sexual crimes, along with every other person who's expected to live up to unrealistic sexual expectations.

We were created to go forth and multiply, not to abstain from sexual pleasure all our lives.

I had the same kind of upbringing. My parents were expecting/wanting a boy (for various reasons) and I was always made to feel guilty for being a girl, discouraged from being feminine, humiliated when puberty kicked in ... a real nightmare.

It really messed with my head, and although I went for many years of counseling and therapy, I didn't become comfortable with my body or my sexuality until I started working as a SP.
