Made with Love

My non-binary birth certificate a victory for trans community

But its OK for you to call some one here a bastard, looks like you truly are "special".

tolerant rochelle tolerant rochelle tolerant rochelle

why thank you for calling me special! you seem to think the same of yourself. good for you!

was just speaking in your language :) what i said is still meaningless. all of this is. what does it accomplish? you seem to be “new” here. don’t take it so seriously, but probably should give up when you know you’re up against the voice and CA :LMAO: it’s just an ERB..... lighten up buddy hahahah

I hate to say this but our society has always been geared to able bodied caucasian men. Hence many services are more accommodating to them which leaves out some particular groups especially for many people with disabilities. Think about it. Payphones everywhere are not accessible for Deaf people as there are no TTYs. Oh sure there are one or two but where are you going to find it. GOOD LUCK! People who use a wheelchair cant even get into some buildings or some ramps are just too damn steep. It is even worse if you are living in a developing nation. I am sure there are other issues that I haven't highlighted. So let us not kid ourselves that our society is accessible to everyone. It is not.....

Wait.......

I am not done........

however, our society is slowing changing and becoming more and more accessible for everyone. Of course, it is not fully accessible but it is much better than 10 years ago. These amazing ongoing technological advancements have been a blessing for people with disabilities. Screw pay phones. They have cellphones. They can text or Skype. New buildings need to follow certain codes (depends where you live). Welcome aboard!

What is more interesting, many of these people with disabilities are starting (or have always been able) to see themselves as a person with different needs instead of being "disabled." Everyone is different. Stop placing expectations or blaming others. Just live your life accordingly. Sure there are barriers everywhere. It sucks but you do have a choice: face them (you are living) or bitch about them (very time consuming).

Now regarding gender issues; if you are what you are, then that's who you are. I can honestly say this issue can be at times confusing for me but am not going to argue with you. I know I am not educated on this matter. So it is best for me to listen. Thats all i can do and hopefully my ignorance level gets smaller and smaller as each day passes by. if you ask me, i do know that I am a male with a dick who loves women. I should mention trees too because they are lovely and helpful. If you don't like it, that is your problem. Meanwhile I am going to continue living to the fullest and enjoy my latte with my chocolate chip cookie. Life is short.

When has any member here been physically violent towards you ?

Nobody here has indicated in any fashion, that they agree with what the van driver did.

But you just continually display your hated towards white males, again get help.

Constantly telling me and Muckchelle that we're "sick" and we should go seek help. Saying that you wish nobody is disabled. Seriously read over every of your posts and think about it for a few minutes.

I'm willing to call a truce, tolerant rochelle .

But 1st I have to reply to your points.

I do not think of me as "special", never did.

You initiated name calling, not me.

What you called me was NOT "meaningless", and when you insult someone, you have to expect an reprisal in return.

I don't give a shit who "voice" or "CA" are, just other members here, like me.

I agree to let bygones be bygones, but also keep in mind, I will be pointing out who initiates insulting, lying about me, and making false accusations.

You also have to understand that I am "mature", well chronologically anyway :), thus from a different generation who seemed to value the spoken word more, maybe because of the internet, this has changed.

In closing, thanks for the post Tolerant Rochelle.

You alone are responsible for the content of posts directed at you.

And for Christ sakes, you actually think that if some one wished that nobody was born disabled, is some how wrong, wishing that a baby is not born without any limbs is wrong.

You can't honestly believe that when baby grows up, the adult person would not wish it had limbs.

Unless you can learn to not take comments like that as an insult, best you just stop replying to my posts, then we won't end up pissing each other off.

Learn what disability means please. Disability is not just "being born without limbs". You obviously didn't bother reading anything that we posted. For instance, Asperger's is a disability, and so is Bipolar. They're invisible disabilities, but they're still disabilities. Many people develop long term disabilities in the future like Diabetes or high blood pressure, and God Forbid you develop any of them or else you'd wish you yourself was never born.

And even if you'd wish nobody was disabled, people will still be born disabled, will develop disabilities, and will suffer from long term disabilities. So what are you going to do about it? Are you going to respect them as human beings or are you going to say "to hell" with them because in your twisted fantasy Auschwitz universe everybody is perfect with no disabilities or traits that you don't like such as gender non-binary?

You're shitting on disabled people. I have every right to take offense to your ablism and bigotry because I stand in solidarity with disabled people.

OK Tolerant Rochelle, or anybody else for that matter, do you feel that insulting post in reply to me is warranted?

Do you agree that me showing compassion, in wishing that babies were not born with out limbs, is shitting on the disabled?

That CA is now calling me a white guy who also happens to be a Nazi ?

How do you expect me to respond to that ?

Wishing that babies were born without disability is NOT showing compassion to disabled people. Please please PLEASE educate yourself on disability rights. The fact that you think disability is nothing more than "being born without limbs" REALLY shows how extremely limited your knowledge is about disabilities.

People will be born disabled, will develop a disability, and the question is are you going to respect them as human beings or no? Answer that question for me please.

And again PLEASE learn from Winslow and Dilligaf. I don't expect everyone to agree 100% with me but there's a reason why I like them and I don't like you. And hint: it's to do with accepting that you're not always right.

Since, and only since you asked a question of me, I will respond, this time.

I have never shown disrespect for the disabled.

I do NOT need to be educated on disability rights, it really is only common sense and compassion, isn't it.

And I do not need to learn anything from anybody here about your disability.

If you are inferring that I have not interpreted and responded differently to your posts because of your disability, is showing disrespect, you would be wrong.

If you would prefer that I do interpret and respond differently to your posts because of your disability, you only have to ask, and I will do so, gladly.

And you should take your own advice, "you're not always right"

Whether or not I EVER respond to any of your posts, what ever the content, is totally up to how you respond to this one, your choice.

it was warranted to some degree.

i do agree with you for the second sentence, but the way you word things would have been shot down by me with the same response CA has been giving you for a while now. you use words have ideals that are disrespectful to the disabled, non-binary persons and the LGBTQ2S+ community.

it is the way you word things, even when met without hostility. it presents you as an angry person who needs to get off their high horse—there is nothing wrong with that either, it’s who you are. just hard not to be irritated by a person like that.

they are right in the fact that you must learn to admit wrongdoing and that you not getting the last word in will not be the end of the world. even i will admit i was unusually hostile towards you but that was because of my own personal experiences. i thought you were stubborn but some parts of your last post directed at me proved different.

age does not determine an individual’s respect and value of the spoken word or in every case, higher intelligence.

we don’t expect you to agree with everything we say, just please do it with respect.

My issue is that this guy thinks disability is all about "having no limbs". Like no shit Sherlock, of course I want babies to be born with arms, legs, eyes, and everything else. Is that even a question? Like yes Robertson I get it, babies born with no limbs are disabled. What about disabilities that are invisible to us, that we cannot witness unless the other person discloses their disability?

I have Asperger's so technically I'm disabled. As well as a few other disabilities that are not visible to the public. A 60 year old man with Parkinson's is disabled, but it's an "invisible" disability and there's no way for us to know unless he discloses that he has Parkinson's. Same with Diabetes - invisible to us, but having a high blood sugar is having diabetes. Also same with mental illness - we won't be able to tell if someone has Asperger's/Bipolar/Depression/ADHD/other mental or cognitive disability unless we ask them and/or they give us their diagnosis to us, but until then we would have to take their word for it that they are disabled.

Robertson is just spewing the same broken record shit over and over again about "oh I don't want babies to be born with no limbs" and completely ignore everything we say about disability being more than just "being born with no limbs". It's disrespectful and offensive because first he is obviously not listening to us (since I tried to explain to him a BAJILLION times that disability is not just about "being born with no limbs") and second it's like as if he's trying to compare the aforementioned conditions I listed with "being born with no limbs" as if somehow he's trying to equate my experiences with having Asperger's or another person's Depression with not having arms or legs.

But Robertson let's assume that you do know that disability is not just "being born with no limbs". How the fuck is your fantasy wish of "I wish babies are born with no disabilities" ever going to come to fruition? Are you going to start some worldwide eugenics program or some freaky disturbing shit like that targetting babies born with depression, bipolar, asperger's, ADHD or whatever? People will be born disabled, will develop disabilities, and if that's the case what are you going to do about it?

Admit it - you do not show respect for disabled people at all because a) you don't know what it means and b) you wish they were never born. You show ONLY respect for ABLE BODIED people. Your "respect for disabled people" is nothing more than just wishing that they don't exist, and that's the complete opposite - that's ablism at its worst.

Also my apologies for the Auschwitz comparison. No you are not a Nazi... or at least I hope you're not. You are just highly ignorant and think you know disability rights but you don't know shit about it.

I tried to make peace with you.

But unless you can provide me with an example of my "use words have ideals that are disrespectful to the disabled, non-binary persons and the LGBTQ2S+ community", , it doesn't look like you are interested.

And you missed or misrepresented my point about the respect for the spoken word, it has nothing to do with my age, but with a more recent generation.

hahahah you’re saying an earlier generation does NOT translate to a cohort of people who are of older age?:biggrin2:

1. you purposefully referred to CA as “it” instead of “they”
2. claimed autistic people should not be in mainstream schools because they all have a violent nature towards teachers and peers
3. your diction very much screams “this is the way it is. there is no other way. anyone who thinks different doesn’t have a brain.”

think about it. i have never told you to get help or that you were dumb. i think you’re rather articulate and persistant—two good qualities that can raise good debates on this board... but with your anger and a closed mind, your tunnel vision limits your view of the world. this is the difference between you and me.

i have given you many more examples but since you don’t seem to remember, your anger must’ve overpowered and suppressed logic. i know i can’t change your noninclusive views, i’ve wasted enough time trying.

you might not even realize what you say is discriminatory. you know now, so why not stop? does it benefit you to be rude?

answer this: would you ever admit you were wrong?

i have no interest in making peace with someone who discriminates, but you tried. it’s easier to be happy than angry :)

I mentioned your name Damien because frankly you're one of the loudest among the circlejerks who constantly preach about how cis-gender able bodied white heterosexual men are the most oppressed people in this society and how everyone else are just "playing the victim card". You're right I shouldn't have mentioned your name but may I ask - why did you respond so quickly after your name was being mentioned? Did somebody PM you? Were you a lurker of this thread, but instantly got defensive once your name was being mentioned?

"Apparently it makes you fucking stoooopid too" - I honestly stopped reading after that. Your bigotry towards Asperger people is clear as daylight and the end of the day nothing we say will ever change the fact that you're just another angry white man-child... actually no, you're now an angry white ABLE-BODIED man-child.

Your pile of bullshit just gets taller and taller with each post, and your propensity for propagating 'fake news' is fast becoming legendary.

I truly feel for sorry for those people in your real life that have to put up with you and your sad pathetic routine.

You must be the biggest, baddest hairball of psychosis ever shat from a woman's gooch. You have no idea what gender or sexual orientation you are or every might be; you're a social misfit with little hope of ever integrating with the rest of the known universe; beset with what is likely incurable manic depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder; and all wrapped up in deep-seeded, un-treatable anger management issues. What a prize you must be in real life. Your family must be so proud. And so disappointed.

What you aren't is worthy of any more of my attention. Here online, as in real life, you simple don't matter. Bye Felicia!

If only you were that child instead of the big scary man then maybe... then MAYBE you'd be cute.

P.S. I said I was gender non-binary didn't I? :) What's hard to understand about that?

How does my disability even matter in this, and why does it even matter to you?

You know what just fuck it. How many times do I have to say "disability is not just about being born with no limbs" over and over again for it to register inside your tiny ignorant brain? Are you purposely trolling? I think you are, and that's me giving you the benefit of the doubt.

Wow holy shit I have no words...
